Thank you for choosing CNC Cut Designs. We want you to feel confident about every purchase, so we combine lifetime access and continuous updates with a clear, customer-friendly policy.
1. Why Digital Files Are Non-Refundable
Digital products are delivered instantly and can be copied indefinitely. For this reason, many consumer-protection laws (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16-m: “digital content supply”) remove the usual 14-day “right of withdrawal” once a download begins, provided the buyer has consented.
By completing checkout and accessing your files, you acknowledge this legal exception and agree that the purchase is final and non-refundable.

3. If You Discover an Issue

4. Accidental Purchases
If you bought the wrong item and have not yet downloaded it, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll gladly cancel and refund the order.
