  • Non-Refundable After Download: Because digital files can be copied indefinitely, once a download begins the purchase is final and non-refundable. This follows consumer-protection rules such as EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16 (m).

  • Accidental Purchases: If you purchased the wrong item and have not yet downloaded it, email info@cnccutdesigns.com within 24 hours. We will gladly cancel and refund the order.

    • Rapid-file-fix guarantee: Report a file error and we will repair or replace it within 1–2 business days.

    • Custom-need program: Tell us what you’re missing; we aim to add new designs within 4–9 weeks at no extra charge.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service and all digital products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
